In keeping with Bedrock tradition, the finest chops and steaks are dry-aged in-house and cooked on the bone with classic cooking techniques to introduce a greater depth of flavour. These classics are served alongside new seafood selections on the grill and in the raw bar, specially prepared by our chefs for a sumptuous taste of the oceans. The ingredients used are always natural - from the earth, of the earth, and by the earth.
